Neil founded WinbeQ Partners and leads the firm's advisory work and its own projects. A Chartered Accountant who became a partner at KPMG, he worked across the UK, Africa and the Middle East before moving into industry, where he has held C-level roles spanning finance, operations, IT and general management. He works with owners and boards on funding, turnaround and sale, and leads WinbeQ's development projects in the Caribbean and Switzerland.

Jan is a partner in WinbeQ Partners and a Chartered Accountant who trained with KPMG. Alongside her finance career she has worked for many years in interior, landscape and garden design, on projects in the UK, Switzerland and the Caribbean. She brings both perspectives to the firm's property and hospitality work, and leads on design and specification for WinbeQ's own developments.

Patrick has spent more than forty years founding and financing growth companies. An investment banker by background, he is Chairman and President of James Edward Capital Corp in Ottawa and has served as a director of public companies. He advises WinbeQ on corporate finance strategy and investor relationships.

Brian is founder and chief executive of Sterling Global Consulting. His background is in venture development in the hotel and hospitality industries, together with compliance oversight. He advises WinbeQ on commercial structuring and compliance across its hospitality projects.

Matthew is a partner at Hughes & Company in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and a barrister qualified in England and Wales who has also practised in New York. He advises on commercial, real estate and banking matters, and acts for WinbeQ on its projects in the Grenadines.
